Showering events in under-water neutrino telescopes.

Under-water neutrino telescopes can reconstruct neutrino events induced by all-flavour neutrino interactions with high precision. While muon neutrinos interacting via charged current produce a long muon track which allows precise pointing, all other channels produce cascades in the detector. Thanks to the optimal properties of water, these showering events can be reconstructed with good angular precision and optimal energy resolution. Searches involving showering events in ANTARES and KM3NeT will be described in this contribution.
