Rogowski coil are designed and built with toroidal structure. Recently, flat transmission lines are developed to perform radiofrequency biophysical stress experiments and to deliver linear charged beams. The device we developed was able to record pulses of several hundred nanoseconds depending on the inductance, load impedance and resistance of the coil. The system we developed was composed by two plane lines in order to get two similar irradiation zones. Its response was characterized by a sub-nanosecond rise time ($\sim$100 ps) and the attenuation factor resulted to be 675.
