Hadrontherapy is an official Geant4 advanced example specifically devoted to simulate a set of existing hadrontherapy beam lines. The CATANA (Centro di AdroTerapia ed Applicazioni Nucleari Avanzate) is already completely simulated: it is a passive proton beam line used for the radiotherapeutic treatments of some types of ocular tumors. A specific application class is dedicated to the simulation of the "zero degree" beam line located at Laboratori Nazionali del Sud and devoted to the radiobiological experiments with proton and ion beams in air. Furthermore, the application also includes the simulation model for the experimental beam line of TIFPA (Trento Institute for Fundamentals Physics Applications).
