Yttrium-90 microspheres (90Y-$\mu$s) are the elective treatment of unresectable, chemorefractory liver cancer. To optimize treatment planning, SPECT/CT systems characterization through imaging dosimetry is mandatory. A liver phantom (Abdo-Man) was used for quantitative analysis of dose distribution in 90Y-$\mu$s treatment. Projections of spheres simulating liver lesions of different volumes were acquired. Reconstruction and imaging correction were performed with the software included in our SPECT/CT scanner, with an independent software and with a MC algorithm. The gamma index was used for comparative analysis. The results showed that using a specific software for images correction leads to a better agreement between expected and delivered dose (within 15%).
